powerful women

'Sometimes you need to allow yourself to be weak in order to grow stronger'. In this context let us create a good motivation for all the ladies outside who want to be a powerful woman who has the capabilities in making something to happen. All women will have the thoughts of trying to dictate or control a situation. It's a modern thinking that forced us to keep our minds straight on being strong and better than a man.

It's a fact that ladies are starting to dominate the higher positions in an organization. In Malaysia particularly, most of the high positions in the government sectors are controlled by the ladies. OK, I didn't say I'm agree with it nor the other way round too. For me, there's no harm to have ladies in those posts but after all man are the one to lead the team. This just shows how the men start to leave their comfort zone and allowing some new challenges to be around them. No offense to anyone but by telling your wife to stay at home and prohibit her from working is an old-fashioned and irrational decision.

Ladies are not meant to be the maid at home doing all the jobs while the husband is out for money. In the Islamic studies itself, marriage is the process where husband and wife will have to work together in making their chosen path is a better place for living and having a good family. Yeah it's true after all the kitchen is our place but that do not give a green light for the husbands to not to help around on the loads. More guys are becoming 5-stars chefs so doesn't that means they have the capabilities in helping around with house works.

There are still some narrow minds that against the thoughts of  letting the wives to work and find money during day, but doesn't that will help him around with the bills and debts? What about less money asked for shopping? haha I bet the guys love when their wives have their own money for shopping!

I love this picture, it shows that the marriage worked. After all give-an-take is the key of a successful family and it's no harm in letting your partner to work and helping around with those house work loads. So finally I defined powerful ladies are those who have a great career and family relationship
